We are not a mass e-commerce platform where exchanges or returns are built into the business model or absorbed through scale. Each of our pieces is produced responsibly and in limited quantities.

Each piece is inspected for quality before shipment. However, in the rare event of an issue, please reach out to us and we will review your case promptly.

Final Sales

All SALE items are final We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on sale items.

All Craft Collection pieces are also final sale. You may cancel or tweak your order within 24 hours of placing it.
