To make your shopping experience seamless, we accept payments in USD ($) for all international transactions.
Is the pricing inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices listed on our website include taxes and shipping.
While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery, local customs authorities may occasionally apply additional handling or clearance fees. If this occurs, such charges will need to be settled by the customer at the time of delivery.
How do you approach returns and exchanges?
Our garments are crafted with care, in limited numbers, and with great attention to detail.
We encourage thoughtful purchases, and as a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received differs from what was originally ordered.
Please note that as these are statement, handcrafted pieces, some items may feature natural beauty marks or variations in tone, texture, or weave — these are considered part of their artisanal character, not faults.
Should any issue occur, please write to us at bazmstudioofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.
Returned pieces must be unworn and in their original condition. Once the garment reaches our workshop, it will be carefully reviewed by our production team. If the issue is substantiated through internal quality checks, we will initiate the return or exchange process.
Is it possible to modify or cancel an order once placed?
If you have placed an order and would like to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours at bazmstudioofficial@gmail.com, quoting your order number in the subject line.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, though changes may not be possible once your order has moved into production or dispatch.
What is the timeline for dispatch and delivery ?
Each of our garments is consciously crafted, allowing us to prevent excess and minimize waste.
International shipments may take around 14 business days from dispatch, excluding any time in customs.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received, followed by tracking details when it is on its way.
